![]() ![]() Everett was kind enough to answer some questions I had about his journey to becoming a writer, and the choices he made in writing T he Unintentional Time Traveler. He was also a Lambda Literary Fellow at the 2013 Emerging Writer’s Retreat, where I had the good fortune to meet him. Everett is also the author of the memoir Bumbling Into Body Hair, and a miscellany of articles and short stories for queer and feminist publications such as Bitch Magazine, and The Collection: Short Stories from the Transgender Vanguard. The novel, which will be the first of a trilogy, features a wonderfully diverse set of characters in terms of race, class, culture, gender, and sexuality. This week, Everett Maroon’s YA science fiction novel, The Unintentional Time Traveler, just hit real and virtual bookshelves.
